Job Opening - Production/ Builder 

Core Purpose of Company

Rx Smart Gear is the leading manufacturer of high performance custom jump ropes. Dedicated to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through innovation of functional fitness equipment and training processes.  Our core purpose is to create solutions that allow greater accessibility and participation for everyone to express their fitness.  Our products are used world wide by professional, collegiate, olympic and world champion athletes.

Role 

The Builder Production Team Member works as part of a small group to prepare and finish jump rope components.  The duties involve repetitive tasks that require attention to detail and consistency. 

Responsibilities

Assemble and organize batches of product for direct sales and for use in other workflows
Use and operate basic tools as part of assembly process
Quality Control of all products
Assist in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned

Minimum and Required Qualifications 

Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
Manual dexterity (use of hands)
Ability to read and understand simple instructions
Must be able to stand at workstation all day
May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; however, accommodations will be considered as needed.
Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic and follow safe working practices.

Job Opening - Social Media Coordinator/ Content Creator

Role 

The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. 

That passion comes through as she/he engages with customers on a daily basis, with the ultimate goal of turning fans into customers and turning customers into advocates. 

They will administer all of the company’s social media marketing. Administration includes but is not limited to:


- Calendar planning, strategy, and goal setting
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Content management
- Reputation management

 

Responsibilities

Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including:
- Develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target customers.
- Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, and written).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct online advocacy and open a stream for cross-promotions.
- Develop and expand our online community.
- Oversee design (ie: Social media graphics for Facebook cover, profile pic, thumbnails, landing pages, Instagram, Twitter
  profile, Blog, etc.)
- Design, create and manage promotions and social post campaigns, being sure to integrate with the company’s overall marketing
  campaign plan and channels.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
- Compile reports for management showing results (ROI).

Become an advocate for RXSG in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
Demonstrate the ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
Develop organizational elements in order to implement a proactive process for capturing happy, loyal customer online reviews.
Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.

 

Minimum and Required Qualifications 

Possesses knowledge and experience in traditional marketing. A marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant
  work experience.
- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples).
- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.
- Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to the analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are
  analytically sound.
- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter,
  Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Maintains excellent writing and language skills.
- Experience and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Other industry-standard application knowledge a plus.
- Displays the ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written, photo, and video format.
- Practices superior time management.
- Is a team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide other employees when necessary. (ie: content development,
  creation and editing of content, and online reputation management).
- Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy, and conflict resolution.
- Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles
  to mitigate issues.
