Role
The Builder Production Team Member works as part of a small group to prepare and finish jump rope components. The duties involve repetitive tasks that require attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities
Assemble and organize batches of product for direct sales and for use in other workflows Use and operate basic tools as part of assembly process Quality Control of all products Assist in other areas as needed and performing other duties as assigned

Minimum and Required Qualifications
Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team Manual dexterity (use of hands) Ability to read and understand simple instructions Must be able to stand at workstation all day May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; however, accommodations will be considered as needed. Must be dependable, have a strong work ethic and follow safe working practices.

Job Opening - Warehouse Manager

Role
Provide weekly reports to Operations Manager (OM) Direct supervisor over warehouse staff Responsible to assist in hiring, training and firing staff Direct daily work priorities and work flow to staff Monitor warehouse staff breaks and lunch times Maintain and report on staff performance Responsible for filling in any warehouse position when needed Create healthy work environment and maintain high employee morale

Responsibilities
Manage all Inventory (supplies, product, cable, tools) Purchasing- Purchase Orders, Tracking inventory, contacting suppliers, ordering supplies Warehouse logistics (location of all items in warehouse) Upkeep and maintenance of equipment Keep inventory of replacement parts for equipment Perform and log regular service intervals on all equipment Establish and enforce workstation cleanliness and organization Tasked with improving systems and processes in the warehouse Responsible for maintaining tool cabinet Enforce workplace safety and SOP compliance Responsible for all shipping/receiving

Minimum and Required Qualifications
High School Diploma Demonstrate a positive attitude Refined and effective communication skills - both written and verbal Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team Proficiency in using various computer applications to include but not limited to Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Excel, Word Strong ability to multitask May be required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to interact professionally with colleagues across all internal departments Ability to solve problems quickly, independently, and effectively Reliable transportation to arrive at work on-time
