The RapidFit come with a 9’4” long Buff 3.4 cable. The cable can be trimmed down to fit your height. Each handle provides 4” of adjustment for a total of 8” of quick adjustment.

Your Height + 3 ft. (92cm) = Rope Length
If you are unsure of your rope length or you're looking to improve efficiency. An extra 3ft is the absolute longest we recommend for you, but going shorter is advisable. Use our cable length calculator, video tutorial and infographic below as reference.
