Please Read if Your Want a Custom Logo
All artwork (Logos) must be optimized for a black background as our logo tapes are printed on to black tape. Lighter colored logos work best.
Your artwork will be placed in a rectangular space approximately 2 inches wide by 7/16 of an inch tall. Please make sure your artwork is designed to be horizontal and fits in the green box below. Your artwork does not need to fill the whole space, as we will repeat the design/pattern to fill the space as needed.
Your artwork must be submitted in either an .jpg, .eps, .ai, .psd or .png file format and have all of its text converted to outlines. This allows us to open and view the artwork exactly as you wish it to be seen with out having the necessary fonts installed on our machines.
If your artwork meets the minimum guidelines above, you can submit your artwork by using the "Choose File" button on the top right of the gym package page.
Choose a length that correlates to your height.
Adjust your positioning to fit that rope with adequate spacing overhead and underfoot. You have to do work too! There are many components to proper arm positioning.

Can the size be adjusted on all Rx Jump Rope products?
Only the RapidFit and the Frévo are adjustable Jump Ropes. All other Rx jump ropes come with fixed-length cables customized to your height and skill level. Please refer to our chart for sizing recommendations.
Is a speed rope the best to learn double unders with?
Speed wires are too light and too thin to develop good timing. A standard cable weight between 3-4 ounces is ideal for learning double unders. Our Buff 3.4 and Poseidon 4.1 fall in this range.
I am a beginner. Which jump rope should I choose?
The adjustable RapidFit and/or Original Rx Jump Rope with Buff 3.4 cable are the best all around jump ropes to practice and learn double unders.
How do I choose the right length jump rope cable?
Ideally your jump rope cable should never be longer than your height plus an additional 3 feet. For example if you are 5'8" tall the longest your rope should be is 8'8" long. However, more efficiency is gained working towards a rope that is equal to your height plus 2.5 feet.
My arms tend to go wide when I attempt double unders. Should I get a longer cable?
People's arms tend to go wide because they are ALREADY using a rope that is too long for their body. A longer rope will drag on the ground causing friction and this causes people to push their hands wide to shorten the rope and clean up the pass through zone. It's better to start with our suggested standard length and work towards shorter ropes over time.
I'm in between sizes on your chart. Which size should I choose?
If you are between sizes on our sizing chart then we strongly suggest choosing the shorter length if your goal is to learn with proper form and technique. If proper form and technique are not your goals and you would rather make an easier time of it then choose the longer option.
