Warranty
All Rx Smart Gear products have been thoroughly inspected and found to be in proper operating condition upon shipment from the factory and are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship and material that may develop within 60 days from date of purchase. Any part or parts of the jump rope that prove defective within 60 days shall be replaced without charge providing such defect, in our opinion, is due to faulty material or workmanship and not caused by tampering, abuse, misapplication or improper use. Using an Rx Jump Rope on concrete, asphalt, dirt, gravel or any other abrasive surface will automatically void the Manufacturer's Warranty. The purchaser takes full responsibility to return the product back to Rx Smart Gear, Inc. for inspection and/or repairs. Any alterations of the product made by anyone other than Rx Smart Gear renders this warranty null and void. Warranty period does not start until the date of delivery. *Color Disclaimer* Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when reproduced to our website, actual colors may vary. Can I resize my Rx Jump Rope 2.0?
Nope, this rope is not adjustable by design. The cable is fixed length so it won't come apart mid workout.
Can I learn Double Unders with this rope?
This is the BEST rope to learn double under with.
Is this a beginners rope?
This is absolutely the best rope for beginners.
Should I buy the Rx Jump Rope 2.0 or an EVO?
Both these ropes are great tools to have in your training. The Speed Rope is great for competition where the Rx Jump Rope 2.0 should be your everyday trainer.
What size is best for me?
This rope comes in Small - XLarge. Pick a size that is closest to your height + 3 feet. Aim for shorter not longer for efficiency.
Where can I use my Rx Jump rope?
Only use your jump rope on smooth indoor surfaces. A rubber gym floor or an RXSG target mat are the best surfaces to jump on.
How long should my cable last?
Cables should last 6 months to 2 years depending on frequency of use and length of the rope. If it's too long, it will wear out quicker.
