GET YOUR

Sizing Efficiency Score (SES)

The SES depicts your technical efficiency based on rope length.

SES measures efficiency based on rope length

Score ranges from 1 to 10 with 10 being the best.

Rope length

  • Shorter = higher efficiency & higher score.
  • Longer = lower efficiency & lower score.

Baseline:

Your height + 3 feet = score of 5.

Strive to improve

  • Every 2 inches shorter adds 1 point.
  • Every 2 inches longer subtracts 1 point.

Use shorter ropes to improve efficiency.

HOW TO

Get Your Score

Your Height + 3 ft. (92cm) = Rope Length

If you are unsure of your rope length or you're looking to improve efficiency. An extra 3ft is the absolute longest we recommend for you, but going shorter is advisable.

Use our cable length calculator to get your average cable size:

01

Step 1

Add 3 feet to your height and enter that rope size beside 5.

02

Step 2

Then Reduce the sizes by 2 inches going above 5 and increase the sizes by 2 inches going below 5.

03

Step 3

Find the size you feel most comfortable with and that is your current score.
