The rope for tricking. The Frevo’s beaded cable was inspired by the ropes that boxers use and provides additional resistance, making it perfect for technical movements, like crossovers and side swings. While the handles are highly durable — capable of withstanding the impact of a 50-pound dumbbell — they’re also feather light, allowing for seamless transitions no matter what trick you’re attempting.

Every Frēvo comes with 3 cords! A 3 oz. coated fitness cable, a 4.5mm freestyle pvc cord, and the time-tested beaded rope are all packed up in a custom zipper carry case with Velcro front for your favorite patches.
All 3 cords come at a set 10' length, so you can size the rope to fit you at home.
Warranty
All Rx Smart Gear products have been thoroughly inspected and found to be in proper operating condition upon shipment from the factory and are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship and material that may develop within 60 days from date of purchase. Any part or parts of the jump rope that prove defective within 60 days shall be replaced without charge providing such defect, in our opinion, is due to faulty material or workmanship and not caused by tampering, abuse, misapplication or improper use. Using an Rx Jump Rope on concrete, asphalt, dirt, gravel or any other abrasive surface will automatically void the Manufacturer's Warranty. The purchaser takes full responsibility to return the product back to Rx Smart Gear, Inc. for inspection and/or repairs. Any alterations of the product made by anyone other than Rx Smart Gear renders this warranty null and void. *Color Disclaimer* Despite every effort to accurately duplicate each product's color when reproduced to our website, actual colors may vary. Due to monitor and/or video card differences, subtle variations in color and surface texture may not be fully revealed. Again, these are custom products and CANNOT be returned. YES! This is a perfect rope to learn double unders. No guessing about your size online and on the go adjustability not to mention the perfect cable weight. I suggest the wire cable for learning doubles!
This is a great rope choice for beginners.
Both are great tools but if you do not know what size works best for you, the adjustability of the Frevo is ideal.
The Frevo is adjustable, so there is no guesswork!
Only use your jump rope on smooth indoor surfaces. A rubber gym floor or an RXSG target mat are the best surfaces to jump on.
Cables should last 6 months to 2 years depending on frequency of use and length of the rope. If it's too long, it will wear out quicker.
Don't even worry! ...your jump rope is fine! Our durable handles are virtually indestructible. Our cables will need to be replaced occasionally. It's cheap and easy to do right here on our site!
No, the Frevo comes ready for you to assemble. It's easy to assemble and comes with an information card and a link to a video if you need help. We want you to be able to assemble the Frevo to meet your personal needs.
Yes, it is best to learn crossovers with the beads assembled on the handles.
The wire fitness cable is a great progression once you learn your crossovers and double under crossovers. The red PVC would be the last option when you are spinning that rope like a pro!
