Works very well versus hard boxes. Much easier on the joints and greater landing area. When weighted it’s a solid foundation for box jumps.

I wish I had bought the air box instead of a wooden box for my home gym. For the amount I spent ($1,500) on a wooden box, hospital bills and time off work. Invest the $375, instead of getting 15 stitches and time off from working out.
