No more scars!

Product is very easy to put on and take off! And it works amazingly well! No more torn up shins, so no more additional scars. And I gotta say it makes you feel more confident when you approach the box for box jumps!

Better than the competition

I actually wore these backwards for several months until the fine folks here got in touch with me. Anyways with the seem of the canvas transition behind your shin these offer a good amount of protection for rope climbs. They're quite durable, as I said I've used them for a while and they haven't shown much signs of use. They're easier to put on than the last model, but I do miss the shin bone cover from that model as well. I'm not sure they'd save you from a wipe out during a box jump but that's outside the scope of this item. All in all I will both continue to use them and recommend them.

You don't have to worry about getting the wrong size

Since one size fits all, the size you're getting is the correct one. This goes on and off quickly and easily and gives good protection for rope climbing. It would be nice if you could just buy a right or a left, since you only need one for climbing rope. I'll just put the extra one on eBay, and a leftie can buy it there.

Not bad Even for a large guy.

Well I have "tree trunk" legs which means that I don't get enough overlap of the neoprene and canvas. However, they do offer effective protection in rope climbs and bar movements, as well as minimize the whip when trying to do double unders. I haven't tested protection on box jumps, nor do I want to. I don't think they would do much to help for that. The velcro does come slightly undone coming down from the rope, but I think that's because of my huge calves and I can't do better than to attach in the front of my shins. They are comfortable to keep on throughout an entire crossfit workout including runs.
