What our customers say
The reason I’ve started jump roping is for full body activation. It gets my body warm and ready to jump in the water. The Frevo jump rope is the perfect jump rope to use on the pool deck because the plastic nodes don't get messed up."
The Alec Smith grips are by far my favorite grips. I’ve used many different brands and I can say that they are the best on the market.
There's nothing harder than the Drag jump rope, in my opinion. It's going to destroy your shoulders and grip. The Drag rope is going to humble you.
A personal trainer's dream piece of equipment: easily adjustable and the perfect weight. I always have the RapidFit jump rope on hand; it can be used for a range of sizes and abilities. The carrying case is the cherry on top!"
The best speed jump rope on the market by far. This rope is the pinnacle of speed ropes. I've tried all of the speed ropes out there, and this one is the fastest and smoothest! Testing the handles straight out of the box, they spun forever and have continued to do so. From design to functionality, this thing is just miles ahead of any other speed rope around. Highly recommended 10/10!!!"
I've been using Rx Smart Gear jump ropes since I started boxing at 7 years old. The reliability, quality, and longevity you get from the CustomFit and heavy jump ropes are not available anywhere else. I would not be where I am today without jumping rope; I truly have boosted my level of fitness inside and outside the ring."

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you have replacement parts?
Yes, Find all the parts you need to extend the life of your Rx products.
How do I size my rope?
It’s easy to find your jump rope size. Beginners, take your height (say, 5’9”) and add three feet (8’9”). As a quick spot check, you can fold the rope in two and put it under one foot. The cable (excluding the handles) should touch your sternum.
However, the height + 3 feet rule is meant to be a starting point. As your technique improves, and you begin to pull your elbows back and place your hands closer to your hips, you’ll be able to use a shorter rope.
Is there a difference between a speed rope and jump rope?
A speed rope is a more advanced version of a jump rope. Typically made out of lighter-weight materials, and built with more sophisticated handles that spin faster, speed ropes require more familiarity and skill than jump ropes. That’s especially true because the speed rope’s lack of resistance makes it difficult to track the wire moving around your body. Somewhat counter-intuitively, because speed ropes spin faster, they produce less intensity. If intensity is what you’re after, consider a jump rope, or better yet, a Drag Rope.
